*tbd. Content Currently Unavailable... Solo exhibition at Ohio University, Athens, September 2013. Detail- Target Kites that were printed and constructed during a two day workshop. Originally the Target Kite was used during WWII for anti-aircraft gunners off the bow of ships. The silhouettes printed on the kites were of the Japanese and German aircraft that would be used in bombing and suicide missions. When flown at the correct height they mimicked the scale of the actual aircraft they depicted. I updated my version with the drones that are currently deployed by the US Military. 4 x 4 feet. 2013 [124 were made total]
